Pink Diamond contains specially selected Hawaiian Alaea volcanic clay. Legendary “Red Alaea” is laden with natural minerals, lending this salt a delicate flavor bouquet and unique, shimmering look. Ideal on shell fish, pasta, salads, and veggies.
