Today tea drinkers and health conscious consumers around the world are
rediscovering the benefits of this revitalizing ancient drink. The caffeine
content of this green tea is approximately 20 mg per cup. Black tea contains
80-120 mg per cup and coffee, 100-200 mg.
INGREDIENTS: Premium Green Tea Leaves.
Suggested Use: Put approximately 1 Tbsp. of tea leaves (per cup of tea)
in pot. Pour 8 oz. boiling water over tea, wait 3-5 minutes, strain and
serve. Or, put leaves in metal tea ball and steep for the same amount
of time.
Package contains 50-75 servings in a reclosable canister inside a carton.
