This yeast-free starter bread was introduced to our family in 1993. It was exciting to find out that baking yeast is related to many diseases, and that this bread starter (with no yeast) is aerobic and probiotic causing carbohydrates and gluten to be predigested, turning them into a more usable form for the body. The benefits from the bread starter are amazing: relief from migraines, allergies, skin problems, and candida symptoms.
After many requests from friends and other families, this video was produced to share this wonderful bread starter and many of the different ways it can be used.
Enjoy watching this generational video on making yeast-free bread, cinnamon rolls, pizza, and even waffles from the starter. It was put together by the Stelzer family for the Hebrew Congregation ecclesia, hoping that this will benefit you as much as it has others.
